The Board of Supervisors welcomes you to their meetings which are regularly scheduled for  
each Tuesday. Your participation and interest are encouraged and appreciated. Members of  
the public may address the Board from the podium on items on the agenda when the matter is  
called. The Board reserves the right to limit the time devoted to any item on the agenda and to  
limit the time of any speaker.  
The Board wishes to ensure that business is conducted in an orderly fashion and the public is  
asked to be courteous and polite when addressing the Board and to be respectful to others  
attending the Board meeting. Any disorderly conduct which disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise  
impedes the orderly conduct of the Board meeting is prohibited.

The Agenda is divided into two sections:  
CONSENT AGENDA:  
These items include routine financial and administrative actions and are usually approved by  
a single majority vote. Any Board member, staff member or interested person may request  
that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the Regular Agenda.  
REGULAR AGENDA:  
These items include significant financial and administrative actions of special interest that are  
usually approved individually by a majority vote. The Regular Agenda also includes noticed  
hearings and public hearings. The times on the agenda are approximate.

a) BID WAIVER - Request to adopt the finding that NASPO 23011 Value Point  
contract with Southern Computer Warehouse (SCW) for the acquisition of 279 HP LED  
computer monitors meets all Tehama County bidding criteria and allows the County to  
take advantage of low pricing without the time and expense of a formal bid process  
1) Request to find it in the best interest of the County to waive the formal bid  
process for purchase of 100 Lenovo laptops, 137 Lenovo smart docks, and 61  
Lenovo desktop computers. Based on the finding  
2) Request to authorization for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase  
order to SCW for the acquisition of 279 monitors, 138 wireless keyboard and mouse  
sets, 100 Lenovo laptops,137 Lenovo smart docks, and 61 Lenovo desktops in total  
amount of $310,471.74

or his designee to sign the agreement with Glenn County to provide board and care of  
Glenn County Minor(s) for a daily bed rate of $150 per day, per person, with the  
maximum amount not to exceed $1,350,000, in addition to compensation for Secure  
Track Youth not to exceed $300,000, effective upon the date of execution by all parties  
to terminate on 6/30/25

sign the Agreement with Poor And The Homeless Tehama County Coalition (P.A.T.H.)

sign the Affiliation and License Agreement with Prevent Child Abuse (PCA) America,

(HFA) Model, for the purpose of obtaining from PCA America affiliation and license to  
implement the HFA Model and use Proprietary Property in Tehama County, effective  
5/7/24 and shall extend until terminated by either party, with an annual Affiliation Fee  
not to exceed $4,000 per year
