Agree. #2021-112) for the provision of providing certain medical services to assist Tehama County Sheriff/Coroner in performing his/her statutory duties, thereby amending the amount not to exceed to $100,000 per year

A transfer of funds to budget unit 2072-53230 was approved by the Board on 1/23/24.
Background Information:
The County has been using Dr. Datu’s non-forensic services to sign off on cause or probable cause of death prior to the release of the body since 2021 and this will continue to allow the department to release the bodies in a timely manner without inconveniencing the surviving family members.
