Agree #2023-33 as amended by Misc. Agreement 2023-295), increasing the maximum amount of the agreement from $325,900 to $328,929, effective 1/1/23 through 5/31/24

Financial Impact:
The overall grant for regular funds will be increasing by $3,029.00. Discretionary funds will remain the same. CSBG revenue is budgeted in 5062-4507200.
Background Information:
Tehama County Community Action Agency will use these funds to support the needs of the low income throughout Tehama County through the support of CAA staff, and possible administration of programs related to food, housing, asset development, and family development support. This funding assists TCCAA in administering programs and services to low income individuals and families. This amendment increases the funds by $3,029.
Resolution #2020-60 authorizes TCCAA Executive Director Laura Hawkins or her designee to sign all CSD contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding and other documents, with any agreements coming back to the Board for approval on a subsequent agenda.
