Background Information:
At the Board of Supervisor's regular meeting held on June 13, 2023, the Board asked for an information presentation regarding our current Marijuana Ordinance. The current Marijuana Ordinance was passed by a vote of 4/1 on April 10, 2010. On 8/29/23 the Board asked for a study session to review and receive input regarding the current ordinance. The Board held a study session on 10/17/23 with direction to bring back proposed changes to the ordinance.
