Financial Impact:
No financial impact to date as the Strategic Plan Development Standing Committee and staff have performed the work on the Action Plan to date.
Background Information:
On 4/4/17, the Strategic Plan Development Standing Committee was formed to assist in setting goals, objectives and develop an action plan for the organization. At the 12/5/23 Board meeting, direction was given to the Chief Administrator to advance the committee’s previous draft and further develop the action plan with information generated at the County’s three phase Strategic Plan Workshops during the summer of 2022.
