This applicant is currently employed as a full-time peace officer with an allied agency and has been so since May of 2022. The candidate possesses POST basic law enforcement certification and is seeking lateral employment with Tehama County Sheriff’s Office. The candidate’s experience with his current respective agency exceeds the minimum qualifications of the classification and justifies placement at Range 36, Step 4 within the Deputy Sheriff’s Association (DSA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The Personnel Office has reviewed the candidate’s qualifications and is in agreement with placement at Range 36, Step D, effective 3/5/24, or upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.
