The candidate possesses POST certification and has specialized training as a SWAT team member. The candidate is a 6-year veteran of the USMC and held ranks ranging from Infantry Scout to Section Leader. The candidate’s training and experience exceeds the minimum qualifications of the classification and justifies placement at Range 36, Step D within Deputy Sheriff’s Association (DSA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The Personnel Office has reviewed the candidate’s qualifications and is in agreement with placement at Range 36, Step D, effective 3/5/24, or upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.
