Financial Impact:
Fees will be paid for with realignment funds, various program revenue and client fees.
Background Information:
The department is in need of roof coating restoration on the 1850 Walnut St Red Bluff, CA 96080 and 1445 Vista Way Red Bluff, CA 96080 locations as described in Exhibit B of the agreement. If this preventative maintenance agreement is not approved, the roofing can deteriorate further and cause damage to the structures. Roofing project will commence as soon as weather conditions allow for optimal application of roof coating.
