a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign the Lease Agreement with Vesper #84 Masonic Hall Association for lease of real property located at 818 Main Street, Red Bluff, designated as the main floor and second floor mezzanine, to be used for Health Services Agency Administrative Office with a beginning rent of $5,442.05/mo plus an annual increase based on the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the preceding two calendar years or 1.5%, whichever is greater, beginning 4/1/24 and concluding 3/31/27 (Subject to receipt of required insurance documentation)

Costs will be paid for with Realignment funds and/or specific program funding as appropriated in the Health Services Agency budget.
Background Information:
The Tehama County Health Services Agency, Administrative offices have been leasing this space since 2001.
