Background Information:
Pursuant to Penal Code Section 933, governing bodies of the public agencies must respond to the Grand Jury Report within 90 days of its finding. The deadline for response is March 18, 2024.
During the February 26, 2024 Flood Control and Water Conservation District Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to table the item to March 5.
