body
Financial Impact:
Services will be rendered via Task Order for various projects with various funding sources including State, Federal and local. The maximum compensation under this Agreement to the Consultant shall not exceed $900,000. Services are budgeted in Road Fund - Professional and Special Services #3011-53230.
Background Information:
The Board approved the Original Agreement (Road Agreement #2022-12) with Dokken Engineering for the purpose of performing on-call environmental services at the July 19, 2022 meeting. The Board approved Amendment No. 1 (Road Agreement #2022-15) at the September 27, 2022 meeting, and Amendment No. 2 (Road Agreement #2023-1) at the January 10, 2023 meeting.
This amendment is to provide additional budget capacity to continue on-call environmental services for the term of the agreement. The original budget for the agreement did not anticipate the extensive services needed for environmental permits for California Disaster Declaration CA23-1 storm repairs.
