b) RESOLUTION - Request adoption of a resolution approving an amendment to the standard agreement issued under the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program Corona Virus Response (CDBG-CV)
body

Financial Impact:
There is no impact to the general fund for this project. These state funds are available for use on this project only. The total CDBG funds to this project to date are as follows:

2018 CDBG $2,900,000.00
CDBG CV Round 1 335,181.76
CDBG CV Rounds 2 & 3 851,109.00
2018 CDBG (additional funding allocation) 819,180.00
Total CDBG Funds to date $4,905,470.76

If awarded the additional funds, it would free up other PATH funding to be used for the navigation center.

This action will result in the following:

1. Transfer the remaining $1,646,209.45 from the 2018 CDBG agreement to the the CDBG CV2-3 agreement.
2. Include the previously approved $212,777.
3. Add an additional $480,822.35 for overall increase construction costs including change orders, delay of schedul...
