Background Information:
This agreement is for the lease of electronic monitoring equipment by the Sheriff’s Office and Probation. It has provided alternatives to traditional incarceration and probation methods. The lease has been in existence since 2011 for the provision of electronic monitoring devices, software, and related training to assist in tracking the location of designated individuals, including SoberTrack GPS-enabled Mobile Breath Alcohol Testing Units.
