Agree. #2016-135, #2017-81, #2018-67, #2019-100, #2020-116, #2021-151, #2022-149, #2023-130, and #2023-131 for software maintenance, thereby amending the amount not to exceed $9,482.48 per month with fixed fees not to exceed $12,642 and extending the term, effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate 6/30/25

Financial Impact:
Appropriations for ongoing maintenance have been included in the recommended budget for 2024-2025 and will be paid out of 1073-531702 (General Services - Megabyte).
Background Information:
The Megabyte Property Tax System agreement calls for an increase in the annual maintenance rate by the Pacific Cities and U.S. City Average Consumer Price Index which was 3.4% for the month ending December 2023.
