Background Information:
The previous bid for this service, awarded in Fiscal Year 2022/2023, allowed the bid to be extended for an additional (1) one-year period, for up to a total of (5) five years, by mutual written consent provided all terms, conditions, specifications and pricing remains constant.
The Purchasing Department reached out to the current vendor awarded for this service to request they extend the bid for Fiscal Year 2024/2025. The vendor has declined the County’s request for extension.
Without bidding these services the County will incur higher maintenance costs for County vehicles
