a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign the Agreement with Debra Franseth, D.P.T. for the purpose of providing physical and occupational therapy services to children participating in the California Children's Services (CCS) and the Medical Therapy Program (MTP) with the rates as set forth in Exhibit “B” with maximum compensation not to exceed $150,000, effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate 6/30/27

Financial Impact:
All costs will be budgeted in California Children's Services for Fiscal Year 24-25, Fiscal Year 25-26, and Fiscal Year 26-27.
Background Information:
For several years, Tehama County Health Services Agency has contracted with Debra Franseth, D.P.T. to provide medical therapy services to CCS clients. This contract continues to include the services of a Physical Therapy Assistant and an Occupational Therapist that allows more services for CCS clients meeting medical necessity. If this agreement is not approved the County will potentially lose the ability to serve these clients.
