Financial Impact:
The licensed space will be provided rent-free to the Court.
Background Information:
This agreement was originally approved by the Board on 6/25/13 and was amended on 5/24/16, 5/2/17 and 3/4/20. The Courts have requested to extend the agreement for use of the Juvenile Justice Center(JJC) to allow the juvenile court to remain in its current location until 2030.
