There is no financial impact associated with the formation of this working group.
Background Information:
As part of the GSP determination response, the Board adopted resolutions committing to creating a well mitigation program for the Red Bluff, Antelope, Los Molinos, and Corning Subbasins.
On April 24, the Groundwater Commission appointed three (3) members to the Well Mitigation Program working group: Todd Hamer, Seth Lawrence, and Martha Slack.
At the time of agenda publication, the stakeholder list has not been finalized. The recommendations will be presented to the Board at the meeting.
