Background Information:
This applicant has Food Handlers Certification issued by State Food Safety. The applicant was the owner, cook, and server of a local restaurant for 5 years. Through Express Personnel Services, the applicant has been working in the capacity of a full time temporary Dietary Cook for the Tehama County for the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office since November of 2023. The applicant has expansive knowledge of food safety and quality control. The applicant has proven ability to manage large scale meal preparation to include menu planning, food safety, and inventory management.
The candidate's experience exceeds the minimum qualifications of the classification and justifies placement at Range 15, Step 2 within Joint Council Bargaining Unit. (JC)
