a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign the Amendment #1 with Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel Group, Inc. (Misc. Agreement #2022-15) for the provision of mats and runners to be utilized at multiple locations of the Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA), thereby changing all references to Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel Group, Inc. and/or Contractor in Misc. Agreement #2022-15, to hereafter be deemed to refer to Vestis Group, Inc.

Costs will be paid for using realignment and patient fees.
Background Information:
Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel Group, Inc. has changed their name to Vestis Group, Inc. The vendor has been supplying TCHSA with floor mats and runners for over a decade. Mats and runners are rotated every two weeks by a delivery service, to ensure that the mats and runners in use are clean and in safe condition.
