Agree. #2023-127), thereby replacing Exhibit “B” to reflect rates as set forth for Fiscal Year 2024-25, with maximum compensation not to exceed $100,000 per fiscal year, and total maximum compensation not to exceed $300,000, effective 7/1/23 and shall terminate 6/30/26

Background Information:
On 5/9/23, the Board of Supervisors approved Misc. Agreement #2023-127 with Skyway House, Inc. for the provision of providing residential treatment services to certain residents of Tehama County, determined by the Tehama County Health Services Agency, Drug & Alcohol Division, to be in need of residential services for the treatment of substance use disorders. The amendment updates Exhibit B to reflect the Fiscal Year 2024-25 rates. The vendor provides residential treatment services to residents of Tehama County. If this Agreement is not authorized, Tehama County Substance Use Recovery clients who are currently in need of such services, and those who need services in the future, may find it difficult to obtain placement in another program of this type.
