Financial Impact:

Unknown at this time. Majority of the revenue source is generated from recordings and while there will be no recordings on 6/14/24, customers will choose to either record the day before or the day after the closure of the office.

Background Information:

Due to the amount of data, images and records that need to be converted over to the new recording system, the vendor has stated they need the additional time to ensure all images, records and data is uploaded into the new system so we can go live on Monday, June 17^th and be able to serve the members of the public and our recording customers. This process has been followed by other halFILE counties (7 countiues) in California as they have migrated to the new recording system.
