Financial Impact:
These funds have already been approved in the FY2023-24 budget process. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
In fiscal year 2023-24, a budget allocation of $60,000 was originally made to the Computer account 2037-57603 for the department’s computer refresh. The allocated amount should have been separated between budget units 2035, 2036, and 2037. The devices upgraded span all three budget units. We request to move the allocated funds to Internal Assets 53800 accounts within budget units 2035, 2036, and 2037.
