Background Information:

Tehama County Department of Social Services is responsible for providing a safe, positive and functional space for families where the main focus is the visit between parent and child. Social Services utilizes the Stepping Stones Visitation Center (SSVC) in Red Bluff with extended hours to accommodate small or large families. NCCDI will provide Case Managers to monitor the family visits, provide guidance and opportunities to learn positive parenting techniques. NCCDI will submit quarterly reports to Social Services and meet regularly with Child Welfare Services staff for ongoing assessment and evaluation.
