Financial Impact:
This Plan of Cooperation will enable receipt of federal and state funds including incentive funds
Background Information:
The purpose of this Plan of Cooperation is to define responsibilities for securing child support, including child support establishment, collection, and disbursement services; medical support; determining paternity; and providing other public services in accordance with the provision of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (SSA), Title 42 U.S.C. §651 et seq., hereinafter referred to as "Title IV-D," "Title IV-D program," or Title IV-D services.
Agreeing to the annual Plan of Cooperation enables us to receive the funds from CA DCSS.
