Financial Impact:
There is no impact to the general fund, as we are moving from a salary item to a salary item, in a budget unit that is fully funded (CLR 2011 Realignment) outside of the general fund.
Background Information:
The Bailiff’s budget unit is fully funded by CLR 2011 Realignment and currently has vacancies in this budget unit, thus causing additional overtime. These funds are being moved from Salary & Wages to Overtime Compensation to compensate for the above mentioned vacancies.
