Financial Impact:
This project was fully funded by state and federal transit funding.
Background Information:
This project includes a complete interior office remodel, parking and site upgrades, security, fencing, automatic gates, ADA upgrades, IT networking room, and bus service area improvements in accordance with grant funding requirements. These upgrades and improvements were necessary to protect employees, public and financial investments and County assets.
The Board awarded this bid February 28, 2023, and the project is complete as of June 18, 2024.
