Background Information:
At the March 19, 2024 meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Supervisor Nolen requested a discussion in Future Agenda Items regarding imposing rent control measures on Tehama County mobile home parks. Per her request, Ventura County’s Ordinance 4620 may serve as a starting point for discussion, and is attached to the agenda for reference.
