a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign Amendment #1 to the Agreement with Advantage Physical Therapy (Misc. Agree. 2022-24) for the provision of providing physical and occupational therapy services to children participating in the California Children’s Services (CCS) and Medical Therapy Program (MTP), thereby increasing the maximum compensation from $135,000 to $148,500 effective, 7/1/21 and shall terminate 6/30/24

Financial Impact:
All costs will be budgeted in California Children's Services for Fiscal Year 2021-22, Fiscal Year 2022-23, and Fiscal Year 2023-24.
Background Information:
The Board of Supervisors previously approved Agreement #2022-24 with Advantage Physical Therapy to provide Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Services to children participating in the California Children's Services (CCS) and the Medical Therapy Program (MTP). Due to the increased caseload in the CCS and MTP programs, additional medical therapy services days needed to be added. We have been able to project an accurate increase necessary to cover the cost of the additional therapy days.
