Financial Impact:
This is 100% Grant Funded by CalOES and will have no impact on the general budget.
Background Information:
Our office was awarded the HA (Human Trafficking) Advocacy Grant by CalOES for the year of January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024 in the amount of $147,000. We were not given the final awarding of this grant until mid-April. We have not staffed this position as of this date but have encumbered some minimal expenses in preparation for staffing and program objectives.
