Background Information:
The Tehama County Groundwater Commission has requested their bylaws be amended to change their meeting schedule from the fourth Wednesday of each month to the second Wednesday of each month.
In addition, there were grammatical changes as shown in the attached track changes version. Staff presented the revisions to County Counsel prior to placing the item on the agenda.
