a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign the agreement with Davis Guest Home, Inc. for the purpose of providing community mental health services to certain residents for the rates as set forth in Exhibit “B” with total compensation not to exceed $200,000, effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate 6/30/25

Financial Impact:
Costs of services will be paid for with Mental Health realignment funds and/or Mental Health Services Act dollars allocated for medically necessary services.
Background Information:
This is a renewal agreement with the vendor to provide long term residential services to residents of Tehama County. If the agreement is not approved, clients in need of these long term services who are referred to the Department will not have the benefit of this location or programs to meet their needs. This could result in clients being placed at further distances and cause disruptions and delays for clients for these residential services.
