a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Executive Director to sign the agreement with Aurora Behavioral Healthcare-Santa Rosa, LLC, a California limited liability company dba Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital for the purpose of providing Psychiatric Inpatient Services for rates set forth in Exhibit “B” with compensation not to exceed $300,000 in any one fiscal year, and a maximum compensation not to exceed $600,000, effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate on 6/30/26

Financial Impact:
Costs will be paid using budgeted Mental Health realignment funds allocated for medically necessary services and/or Mental Health Services Act funds.
Background Information:
This is a renewal agreement with the vendor to provide medically necessary psychiatric hospitalization for Tehama County residents. This contract provides Tehama County with an additional resource for clients in psychiatric crisis. All services are provided with prior written authorization from Tehama County.
