Financial Impact:
This contract has been budgeted for in FY 2024-25, budget unit 2035-53230, and funded with AB109 funds. There will be no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
This agreement is for the purpose of providing Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) Training to the Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) population at the Day Reporting Center (DRC). Empower Tehama has been providing Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) to Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) population at the Day Reporting Center (DRC) and/or the Jail since 2014.
