a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign the agreement with County of Plumas to provide board and care of Plumas County minor(s) for a daily bed rate of $150 per day, per person, with the maximum amount not to exceed $200,000, this contract also includes Secure Track programming for Plumas County minor(s), effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate 6/30/25

Financial Impact:
The agreement will generate revenue for Tehama County Juvenile Hall. Revenue generated on room and board contracts will help reduce net county cost for the Tehama County Juvenile Hall.
Background Information:
This agreement will allow for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility to continue providing board and care for Plumas County wards and invoice Plumas County Probation for the cost of services and at a daily bed rate. Plumas County has previously agreed to submit an allocated portion of their Juvenile Justice Realignment Block Grant for Plumas youth(s) receiving Secure Track programming.
