Financial Impact:
To date, there has been no financial impact, as the Strategic Plan Development Standing Committee and staff have performed the work on the Action Plan.
Background Information:
On April 17, 2017, the Strategic Plan Development Standing Committee was established to assist in defining goals, objectives, and developing an action plan for the organization. During the Board meeting on December 5, 2023, the Chief Administrator was given direction to advance the committee’s previous draft and enhance the action plan using insights gathered from the County’s three-phase Strategic Plan Workshops held during the summer of 2022. On March 12, 2024, a Strategic Retreat was held in which new directives were given to the Chief Administrator.
