INFORMATIONAL UPDATE - Update on the total number of responses received during Round 2 of the Well Registration Program.

There is no financial impact associated with this update.
Background Information:
As of agenda publication, 6,686 records have been entered in Round 2 of well registration:
• GSA staff entered records (hard copy, in-person, and phone submittals) - 5,611
• LSCE compiled records (web form and general mailbox submittals) - 1,075
There are approximately 50 forms pending entry or being clarified by GSA staff. An estimated 75 forms were postmarked after the April 10, 2024 deadline and are not included in the above totals.
Staff is in the process of reviewing entered APNs for errors prior to developing the list of APNs eligible for exemption in year 3 of the Well Registration Program. The list of APNs and resolution will be brought to the Board for approval in July.
