Informational overview of the Ad Hoc and Working Group audio access (listen-only participation) option and access information using the existing Flood Control and Groundwater Commission phone number and access code.

Background Information:
In response to requests for Commissioners and members of the public to have listen-only access to ad hoc and working group meetings, staff will utilize the existing Vast Conference service used for Flood Control and Groundwater Commission meetings.
To access the meeting audio, dial (530) 212-8376, conference code 142001. Staff will be able to record these calls and make a link to the mp3 available. Callers will be muted and will not have the ability to unmute themselves. Although callers will be able to press 5* to raise their hand questions will not be taken. Callers having access issues will need to email nbethurem@tcpw.ca.gov <mailto:nbethurem@tcpw.ca.gov> during the meeting for assistance.
