Financial Impact:
Services will be rendered via Task Order for various projects with various funding sources including State, Federal and local. The maximum compensation under this Agreement to the Consultant shall not exceed $1,000,000. Services are budgeted in Road Fund - Professional and Special Services #3011-53230.
Background Information:
The Board approved the Original Agreement (Road Agreement #2022-07) with MCC Engineering for the purpose of performing on-call project management services at the July 07, 2022 meeting.
This amendment is to provide additional budget capacity to continue on-call project management services for the term of the agreement. Project management support is still needed for staff augmentation.
