Financial Impact:
The cost of this contract has been anticipated in the 2024/2025 budget in account 5013-53260, Rent/Lease of Buildings. This is a generic cost to all programs within Social Services. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
The Department seeks to lease 20 parking spaces across the street from our main building for staff parking. We previously leased parking spaces at 376 S. Main St, however, that portion of the lease was not renewed due to increasing costs. This new lease offers the best option to meet our parking needs at a lower cost.
