Financial Impact:
The Law Library has sufficient funding for appointment at Step B; there is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
The candidate has more than 16 years of experience in customer service working with diverse clientele, plus reference assistance experience and technology skills. This combination of experience, skills, and education in excess of the minimum qualifications for the position will benefit the Law Library and likely allow the candidate to quickly begin serving patrons.
The Personnel Office has reviewed the candidate’s qualifications and is in agreement with placement at Salary Range 14, Step B upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.
