a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign the agreement with County of Siskiyou to provide board and care of Siskiyou County youth for a daily rate of $150 per day, per person, with the maximum amount not to exceed $100,000, this contract also includes Secure Track programming for Siskiyou County youth, effective 7/1/24 and shall terminate 6/30/25

Financial Impact:
The agreement will generate revenue for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility. Revenue generated on room and board contracts will help reduce net county cost for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility.
Background Information:
This agreement will allow for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility to provide board and care for Siskiyou County wards and invoice Siskiyou County Probation for the cost of services and at a daily bed rate. Further, this agreement includes a commitment of an advance of $100,000 annually to include participation in the Secure Youth Treatment Program (SYTP).
