Financial Impact:
The agreement will generate revenue for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility. Revenue generated on room and board contracts will help reduce net county cost for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility.
Background Information:
This agreement will allow for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility to provide board and care for Lassen County youths and invoice Lassen County Probation for the cost of services and at a daily bed rate.
