Agree #2023-53) for the provision of providing board and care to Trinity County youth at the rate of $150 per day, per person, with total compensation not to exceed the maximum sum of $300,000 per year, effective 07/01/24 and shall terminate 6/30/25

The previously approved agreement will generate revenue for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility. Revenue generated on room and board contracts will help reduce net county cost for Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility
Background Information:
This amendment will allow Trinity County to process outstanding invoices which were held due to exceeding the previous contract per year amount
