Main St, Red Bluff, for an all-inclusive flat fee of $686.20 per month with a maximum compensation not to exceed $3,431, effective 8/1/24 and shall terminate 12/31/24

Financial Impact:
The amount is included in the FY 2024-2025 budget, 5013-53140 Household Expense account. This is a generic operating cost allocated to all Social Services program funding sources. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
Peerless Building Maintenance has satisfactorily provided janitorial services to the Department for many years. This agreement shall terminate 12/31/2024 because the services offered at Work First will be provided virtually beginning January 2025, and janitorial services will no longer be required at this location.
