a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Purchasing Agent and Sheriff to sign the Agreement with Sun Ridge Systems, INC for the purpose of providing installation, annual support and updates for the RIMS Body Camera Link Software for LensLock in the amount not to exceed $6,750, effective upon signing and shall terminate 60 months thereafter

Financial Impact:
The funding source for the agreement has been included in the recommended Budget for FY 24-25 in the Sheriff’s Budget 2027-53230.
Background Information:
This agreement with Sun Ridge Systems, INC will allow users of our newly acquired Body Worn Cameras from LensLock to get computer aided dispatch information pulled into their digital evidence storage system. This patch between our Law Enforcement Records Management System (RIMS) and LensLock would allow data to populate for our deputies, including case numbers, incident times, incident numbers, and other data. Thus, streamlining the information data entry in the system for our deputies. This integration will help save time and money for all involved.
