AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chairperson to sign the subrecipient agreement between the County of Tehama and the Flood Control and Water Conservation District for American Rescue Plan SLFRF Funds in the amount of $1,000,000, to begin on date of Project Award and shall end on 12/31/26.

Background Information:
On June 25, 2024, the Board of Supervisors directed staff to allocate $1,000,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act funds to the Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for adry well program. These funds had previously been identified by the Board of Supervisors for Dry Well Assistance.
As part of the GSP incomplete determination response, the GSA committed to developing a well mitigation program. These funds will be used to begin developing this program while a long-term funding mechanism is put in place.
