AGREEMENT - Approval and authorization for the Executive Director to execute the Technical Support Services (TSS) License Agreement for the Groundwater Monitoring Station with the Department of Water Resources and The Nature Conservancy (Landowner) for the installation, maintenance of one multi-completion well to collect groundwater level information on APN 047-210-003-000.

Financial Impact:
Well installation costs are funded by the DWR TSS program. There may be District staff time associated with groundwater monitoring at this location if additional monitoring is needed.
Background Information:
On April 15, 2024 the Board of Directors approved the Land Use Agreement (Agreement #2024-1) for this location. Prior to the agreement being processed by DWR, The Nature Conservancy requested the following revisions:
• Addition of a second parcel in the license area (APN: 047-240-001-000) which includes the access road as part of the work area
• Addition of a reference to the TNC Management Lease dated November 16, 2022
• Additional language in Section 2. Use of Property regarding existing cattle grazing operations at the location
