a. Two initial consultation calls were held with DWR; a call for the Red Bluff, Antelope, and Los Molinos Subbasins on December 19 and a call for the Corning Subbasin on December 20.
The initial meetings provided an opportunity to review the commentary with DWR and ensure an understanding of the Determination Letters. Additional discussion included proposing initial solutions to the deficiencies.

b. The Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation District will conduct public hearings on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Board of Supervisors Chambers to consider adoption of the amended GSPs.
The 90 day notices were sent to the county and cities on January 5, 2024. Public hearing notices will be published in the Red Bluff Daily News, posted to the District website and social media, and shared with the interested parties list closer to the meeting date.
