Background Information:
The Sacramento River Discovery Center worked on the Ben’s Pond Enhancement Project located in the Red Bluff Recreation Area. The original agreement allowed solely for the reimbursement of fuel needed for the heavy equipment to complete the project. This amendment is being requested to include other supplies necessary for the use of the heavy equipment for this project. Maximum compensation included in the original agreement was an amount not to exceed $2,000. This amount will remain in place with this amendment.
